Prof. Shaobing Zhou

Shaobing Zhou is from School of Materials Science and Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. He received his Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry from Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. In 2004, he joined the faculty of Southwest Jiaotong University as a full professor of polymer chemistry. In 2011, he studied as a visiting scholar at Harvard University. His research interests mainly include the synthesis of biomedical polymers and drug controlled release system. He has published 120 papers in peer reviewed SCI journals cited by others for over 4000 times
