Prof. Gun Young Jung

Gun Young Jung received his B.S. degree in 1993 and M.S. degree in 1995 in the Chemical Engineering, Sogang University. In 2000, he received Ph.D. degree in the School of Engineering, Durham University (UK). He worked as a post-doctorate researcher in Quantum Science Research (QSR) group at Hewlett-Packard Labs (Palo Alto, CA, USA), performing nanoimprint lithography for producing molecular memory devices for four years. He has been working as a professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, GIST since 2006. His main research focuses on fabrication of periodically aligned nanostructures and nanomaterials, and incorporating them into future electronic devices for enhanced device performance.
