Prof. Dong-Il Kwon

Prof. Dong-Il Kwon, now is Director of National Research Council of Science & Technology and Head and Convergence Research Institute for Forensic Safety. He got Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering (1987), in Brown University, B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering (1979) and M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering (1981) in Seoul National University. Currently Prof. Dong-Il Kwon’s researches focus on Physical Metallurgy, Reliability, National Science, Technology, Energy, Environment. In his society memberships, he has the President, Korean Society of Forensic Science, Vice President, the Korean Institute of Metals and Materials and Director, Korean Society of Pressure Vessel and Piping.
